(Google Maps)HICKSVILLE, NY — A Hicksville-based clothing company is looking to purchase an office space in Westbury to expand its business. The company, Maxima Apparel Corp., is seeking approval for tax breaks from the Town of Hempstead's Industrial Development Agency to purchase and renovate the building, located at 615 Merrick Ave., which was the former headquarters of NYCB Bancorp.
