Town of Hempstead and Liberty New York Water Partner with the Irrigation Association of New York to Showcase Latest Conservation Technology FEBRUARY 2023 — Town of Hempstead Supervisor Don Clavin, in partnership with the Town's Water Department, Liberty New York Water and the Irrigation Association of New York, recently hosted an inaugural Irrigation Technology Expo. More than 45 local irrigation contractors, as well as representatives from area water providers, explored ways to conserve water and save residents money.
