A former Rite Aid pharmacy building on Wolcott Street in Waterbury recently sold to a Hempstead, New York buyer for $2.4 million. Abundant Partners LLC, of Ojai, California, sold the 24-year-old, 11,180-square-foot building on 3.2 acres at 1030 Wolcott St., to 1030 Wolcott LLC in a sale logged Aug. 14. The property sits near the Wolcott town line and opposite the three-way intersection of Lakewood Road and Wolcott Street, two busy retail and commercial arteries in Waterbury. The property was last sold in 2020, for $2 million.
